We want to assure you, at DeHart Air Conditioning, we are committed to prioritizing the health and well-being of our valued customers and employees. We are open and here to serve you. Our hours will remain from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday with emergency after-hours services available.

Our team is closely monitoring and following guidance from the CDC and WHO in order to keep both our customers and employees protected. We are taking some of the following increased safety precautions to help prevent the spread of this disease:

  1. We are closely monitoring the health of our employees, as they have been informed that any employees showing symptoms should not come to work, and will be given the time they need to fully recover. This is to protect the health of our employees, as well as the health of our customers.

  2. We are taking additional steps before every service call, to ensure the environment we are sending DeHart employees to is not at risk for COVID contamination.

  3. We have increased our already rigorous protocol regarding personal safety, with new sanitization processes in our vehicles, at our offices, as well as before, during, and after each job. Each DeHart employee is already required to wear advanced protective equipment during many on site-jobs, and we will continue to follow those best practices as outlined by the world's medical professionals.

  4. We have adjusted our regular protocols to reduce or eliminate any time spent inside your living space, without sacrificing our top notch customer service. If we can perform a repair or service on your ductwork or HVAC system without entering your home, we will make every effort to do so.

With all of the time our community, our state, and our nation will be spending indoors, it is extremely important to make sure that your heating and air systems are clean and working properly at this time. If you are concerned that your home may be susceptible to harboring excess bacteria, viruses, and other respiratory irritants like mold, we offer duct cleaning and sanitization, as well as the installation of UV germicidal lights and ionization devices that can disrupt these harmful indoor air pollutants as they circulate your heating and cooling system. Learn more about that HERE.

The health and safety of our customers and employees has always been, and will continue to be, our top priority. Together, we will help to meet your needs and overcome these challenging times. The DeHart team remains available to assist you and answer any questions, via our office locations in Chickasha and Duncan, email and phone.

What our customers are saying

We wanted to say 'thank you' for your great service! The new geothermal unit is working well and in fact is working better than our original ever did. We cannot express our appreciation enough. Thank you also for the extra time spent in completing paperwork for our OEC Rebate.

David and Kami Ratcliff
